Description

White Tea
The raw materials are sourced from a hidden mountain terroir in Fujian, characterized by a rocky geological structure.
Harvesting focuses on one bud with one tender leaf, picked in early spring. The tea buds are sturdy and well-formed, the young leaves thick and resilient, with a grey-green hue covered in silvery-white fuzz—brimming with the vitality of early spring.

The tea’s aroma carries floral notes and the delicate scent of tea buds, with hints of a developing three-year-aged honeyed tone beginning to emerge. Tasting it at this stage reveals its rich and captivating layers of complexity.
Crafted from early spring leaves, the tea liquor is delicate and refined. Its apricot-yellow hue, bright and luminous, is flecked with tiny white tea hairs. The texture is fresh, smooth, and silky, gliding gently across the tongue and flowing straight into the stomach, leaving behind a lingering, sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Recommendations
Brewing (Gongfu Style):
Use 4–5g of tea with 110ml of fully boiling water.
First infusion: Steep for 8–10 seconds, then pour.
For subsequent infusions, adjust steeping time according to personal taste.
Boiling (Traditional Method):
Use 3–5g of tea with 500ml of water.
Bring the water to a boil first, then add the tea.
Simmer over low heat until the desired strength is reached, then enjoy.
⚠️ Note: Always use fully boiling water. Insufficient water temperature may suppress the tea’s full aroma and flavor expression.
