Description

Crafted with carefully selected leaves, this tea carries a distinct forest-like aroma and delivers a robust, energizing tea character.

Harvested, processed, and blended in the spring of 2018, the loose leaves were aged in bulk for six years before being compressed into their final form.

The flavor profile is dominated by fruity and woody notes, with a rich, full-bodied liquor and a pronounced returning sweetness (回甘) and mouth-watering aftertaste (生津).

Pu’er Tea

Rediscover the essence of traditional Tie Guan Yin , crafted from the rare and distinguished Red-Heart Crooked-Tail cultivar, an heirloom varietal originally bred during the Qing Dynasty. Grown in the high-altitude, rocky soils of Anxi Xiping, the birthplace of Tie Guan Yin, this tea showcases a distinct aromatic identity that sets it apart from other regions.

Harvested after the Cold Dew solar term, the tea leaves were picked from mature bushes in old gardens and carefully processed using traditional methods, including a single charcoal roast to gently enhance complexity without overwhelming the tea’s natural fragrance.

Brewing Recommendations

Use 5–6.5g of tea with 110ml of fully boiling water.

  • First infusion (rinse): Pour in and pour out immediately to awaken the leaves.

  • From the second infusion onward: Steep for 5–8 seconds, then pour.

⚠️ Note: Always use fully boiling water. Insufficient water temperature may suppress the tea’s full aroma and flavor expression.
