Aged Dark Tea with a Clean, Refreshing Character
Made from wild-growing, group-variety tea trees deep in the mountains, using traditional dark tea (hei cha) techniques. After being crafted and wood-fired in Spring 2016, the tea has undergone 8 years of natural aging before being packaged in 2024.


This tea exemplifies the classic profile of high-quality aged dark tea—clean in aroma, rich in body. The scent is a refreshing woody floral note, reminiscent of the aroma found in betel nut groves during blooming season, carrying a subtle cooling sensation. The liquor is smooth, mellow, with a long-lasting returning sweetness (回甘).
Brewing Recommendations
Use 7g of tea (1 portion) with 110–130ml of fully boiling water.
For the first three infusions: steep for 5–8 seconds
Adjust steeping times for subsequent brews based on personal preference
🔄 After multiple rounds of brewing, you may switch to boiling to unlock richer depth in later stages.
⚠️ Note: Always use fully boiling water. Insufficient water temperature may suppress the tea’s full aroma and flavor expression.
