Red Heart Tie Guan Yin
A Heritage Oolong from Anxi Xiping’s Old Tea Gardens
Rediscover the essence of traditional Tie Guan Yin , crafted from the rare and distinguished Red-Heart Crooked-Tail cultivar, an heirloom varietal originally bred during the Qing Dynasty. Grown in the high-altitude, rocky soils of Anxi Xiping, the birthplace of Tie Guan Yin, this tea showcases a distinct aromatic identity that sets it apart from other regions.
Harvested after the Cold Dew solar term, the tea leaves were picked from mature bushes in old gardens and carefully processed using traditional methods, including a single charcoal roast to gently enhance complexity without overwhelming the tea’s natural fragrance.

Opens with a floral fragrance reminiscent of orchid, subtly layered with a touch of creamy sweetness. Through meticulous craftsmanship, the aroma fills the palate and nose. The result is a clean, elegant brew with a soft returning sweetness (回甘) and the signature resonance of high-quality Tie Guan Yin.
Brewing Recommendations
Use 8.3g of tea (1 sachet) with 110ml of fully boiling water.
First infusion: Steep for 20–30 seconds to allow the leaves to gently loosen and open.
Second infusion: Steep for 8 seconds, then pour.
For subsequent infusions, adjust steeping time according to your personal preference
⚠️ Note: Always use fully boiling water. Insufficient water temperature may suppress the tea’s full aroma and flavor expression.
